1. The order
Orders can be placed in our online store, or alternatively by mail, phone, or Facebook messenger. There is no minimum order imposed. All images in the shop are not contractual in nature and are included for purposes of illustration and description of the product for sale.
2. Prices
All prices quoted are in Euros with VAT included and refer to all purchases made via the Internet on the site. VAT respects the regulations in force in Italy, and is included in the order total, within the shopping cart, separately from the products selected for purchase. In the price for each product, transport costs and any payment charges are excluded. These charges are reported separately outside the order total. All prices quoted and any promotions that may be running, may be subject to change within the site without notice.
3. Payment methods
The accepted modes of payment are:
- Marking
- Paypal
- Visa or Mastercard credit cards (through the Stripe circuit)
Other methods of payment will be considered at the time of ordering, and at the specific request of the customer. In the case of payment via Paypal, the goods will be shipped once the total payment for the order is received. In the case of cash on delivery, the goods will be delivered by the courier with the payment of the total amount plus cash on delivery charges.
4. The delivery time of the goods
Orders received will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed. On Saturdays and Sundays the shop is open, but couriers do not deliver.
5. The shipping methods and transportation costs
Our trusted courier company is used for shipments, but specific shipments are arranged with the courier company indicated by you. The cost of shipments organized by us to Italy is 6.00 €, a cost that will be added to the total of the order. The cost increases to 10.00 € if you opt for shipment with cash on delivery (6.00 € + 4.00 €), with payment of the order total, including transport and cash on delivery, at the time of delivery by the express courier. Exceeding the € 50.00 purchase, shipping is free of charge. Shipments are processed by GLS courier Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to noon. Normal delivery times are 1 or 2 working days. The above delivery times of the goods are indicative and not binding for the seller.
6. Packaging, insurance and incidental costs
There will be no additional charges for packaging. Any priority shipping, insurance or other additional incidental charges, and explicitly requested by the Customer, will be charged. Goods travel at the buyer’s risk, even if sold free port with cash on delivery payment. The transfer of ownership of the goods (and related risks) is perfected with the consent, even verbal, ex art. 1376 civil code.
Rose Soleil is not responsible for deterioration, breakdown, delay, fines or other prejudice and damage of any kind that may occur during transport. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make appropriate checks on the goods and to make claims against the carrier directly upon receipt, by precise reservation on the courier’s delivery note.
7. The right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal can be exercised:
Within 7 days of receipt of the purchased products (including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Returns are only possible for undamaged and unused products with original tags attached. You cannot exchange products with others in the store. You will be refunded the amount of the returned products no later than 30 days, with prior notice by e-mail. Products can be returned at our charge and by our courier. Follow the returns and replacements procedure mentioned in the FAQ, and summarized below. Contact us indicating: order reference (number and date), purchased products you would like to return, and the address where the carrier will pick up the package. You will receive a communication from Rose Soleil with the pickup details (day, reservation code, etc..). If you choose another carrier, shipping costs are at YOUR expense and in this case Rose Soleil is not responsible for any damage or theft incurred during shipment. As soon as the returned products return to our warehouse, we will initiate the refund procedure. The following instructions are to be strictly observed for a quick and successful return: keep the tag and packaging intact, which are an integral part of the product shipment. Handle the product with care, avoiding ruining it. Pack the products in suitable packaging for shipping. Shipment will be at our expense; we will notify you of pickup date and identification number. Upon positive outcome you will be notified by email the activation of the refund procedure and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, you will receive the total amount spent. In case of a negative outcome resulting from the examination of integrity, the goods will be returned to you at Your expense.
8. Due to force majeure
In any case of force majeure, or unforeseeable circumstances, we shall not be liable for the delay or non-execution of deliveries and shall have the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part or suspend or defer its execution.
9. In case of dispute
The Court of Padua will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
